Introduction

This 25-day Financial Planning Executive Diploma develops the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, analyze and manage financial resources to support effective organizational decision-making.

The program focuses on budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting and financial analysis. Participants will learn how to develop financial plans, manage resources effectively, evaluate financial performance and use financial information to support strategic and operational decisions.

Through practical frameworks, case studies and applied exercises, participants will develop the ability to improve financial planning processes, strengthen financial performance and support sustainable organizational growth. The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the financial planning concepts and tools learned throughout the diploma to analyze a real organizational financial challenge and develop an improvement plan.
